Job Title: Sales Executive - Outside Catering & Semara Swimming Pool
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a self-driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to spearhead our Outside Catering services and Semara Swimming Pool operations
The role involves building strong client relationship, driving business growth and ensuring seamless coordination of events and poolside offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively market and sell the hotels' outside catering packages to corporate and individual clients.
- Develop and grow business for Semara Swimming Pool, including membership, events and promotions.
- Identify new leads, negotiate contracts and maintain excellent client relationships.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure successful execution of catering and poolside events.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and folloe-ups to close business opportunities.
- Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of competition and identify new opportunities.
- Achieve set sales targets.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma / Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum 3 years sales experience preferably in hospitality, catering or events.
- Strong negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Creative, self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and event schedules.
- Familiarity with Machakos and its environs is a must.
