Job Summary

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and service-driven F&B Captain to join our team, this role is responsible for coordinating service staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant, bar, conferencing and events outlets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide wait staff during shifts to maintain excellent service standards.
  • Coordinate table setups, event service and guest requirements in line with hotel standards.
  • Act as the link between the service team and kitchen/bar to ensure efficient food and beverage delivery.
  • Assist in training, motivating and coaching team members for consistent guest satisfaction.
  • Handle guest queries, special requests and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards in all F&B service areas.
  • Support the F&B Supervisor in daily reports, shift handovers and stock monitoring.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma / Certificate in Hospitality Management or Food & Beverage Service.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in F&B service, with 1 year in a supervisory or captain role in a 4* or 5* hotel.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication, guest service and problem solving abilities.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
