Reports to: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to join our Maintenance team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing and maintaining the hotel's plumbing systems to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect, install, repair and maintain all plumbing systems, fixtures and fittings.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure proper functioning of water supply, drainange and sewarage systems.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and record all work done.
- Collaborate with other maintenance staff to resolve technical issues.
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards in all plumbing activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate in Plumbing from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Plumber, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Sound knowledge of plumbing systems, tools and safety practices
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills and ability to work indipendently.
- Team player with good communication and reliability.
