Reports to: Chef de Partie

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Cook to join out Kitchen brigade.
The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality meals in accordance with hotel standards, maintain cleanliness and support smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items according to standard recipes and presentation guidlines.
  • Ensure food quality, taste and portion control meet hotel standards.
  • Maintain hygeine and safety in all food presentation areas.
  • Assist in menu planning and daily mise en place.
  • Monitor strock levels and reporting shortages to the Supervisor.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts or Food Production.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Cook in a 4-star hotel or reputable restaraunt.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Team player with good communication and time management skills.
  • Creative and passion for Food presentation are an added advantage.
