Job Title: Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor
 Reports to: Executive Sous Chef
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated hands-on Kitchen Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the cleanliness, hygiene and organization of all Kitchen and stewarding areas.
 The role ensures smooth back-of-house operations and supports the culinary team in maintaining the highest sanitation standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the stewarding team to ensure all kitchens, utensils and equipment are clean and properly maintained.
 - Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation and safety standards.
 - Manage waste disposal, recycling and cleaning schedules effectively.
 - Monitor use of cleaning materials and chemicals, ensuring proper stock levels and handling.
 - Support kitchen operations by ensuring equipment are available and in good condition.
 - Train and motivate stewarding staff for efficiency and teamwork
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality
 - Minimum 3 years' experience in kitchen stewarding, with atleast 1 year in a supervisory role in a 4-star hotel.
 - Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills
 - Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment handling and hygiene standards.
 - Reliable, proactive and team-oriented.
