 Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary
Are you passionate about creating memorable guest experiences and leading dynamic teams? We are looking for a Front office Manager to be the face of our hotel and ensure every guest receives a warm welcome and seamless services throughout their stay.
 As a key member of the management team, you will oversee all front office operations including reception, reservations, guest relations and concierge services, while working closely with other departments to deliver the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional service with efficiency and courtesy.
 - Oversee daily operations including check-in/check-out, room allocations, billing, and reservation management.
 - Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
 - Collaborate with Housekeeping, Sales, and F&B to ensure smooth guest experiences.
 - Monitor occupancy levels, prepare reports, and assist in maximizing revenue opportunities.
 - Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff to uphold service excellence and hotel standards.
 - Represent the Front Office in management meetings and work closely with hotel leadership to deliver strategic goals.
 
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma/Degree in hospitality or related field.
 - At-least 3-5 years' experience in front office leadership within a 4* or 5* Hotel.
 - Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
 - Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Fidellio) and MS Office.
 - A guest-focused professional with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
