Reports to: F&B Captain
Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and creative Barman / Mixologist to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team.
The ideal candidate will craft exceptional cocktails, deliver oustanding guest services and maintaining a lively and professional bar atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, beverages and signature drinks.
- Create new and innovative cocktail recipes to enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and stock levels at the bar
- Provide engaging, personalized service to guests while promoting bar sales.
- Ensure compliance with hotel standards.
- Support bar promotions, events and special functions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate or Diploma in Food & Beverage Service or Hospitality.
- Atleast 2 years experience as a Barman or Mixologist in a 4-start hotel.
- Excellent cocktail-making and mixology skills.
- Energetic, personable and customer-focused.
- Familiarity with Fidelio/Opera systems.
